Terms & Conditions

 1.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required to confirm any booking.
• The remaining balance must be cleared at least 10 days prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without notice or refund.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel price hikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.

 2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be requested via email only and are subject to the following:
• 30 days or more before departure: 25% refund of advance (admin charges apply).
• 15–29 days before departure: No refund of advance.
• 14 days or less: 100% cancellation charges apply. No refund.
• No refund for early departures, missed services, or unused portions of the trip.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, war, or government orders), no refund shall be provided. A credit note may be issued at our discretion.

 3.⁠ ⁠Package Inclusions & Exclusions
• Services included in the package are clearly mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions” shall be treated as excluded and chargeable.
• [Footprint,s Story] reserves the right to modify services (like hotel, vehicle, etc.) with similar alternatives at its discretion.

 4.⁠ ⁠Changes to Itinerary
• The company reserves the right to:
• Change, modify, or cancel any part of the itinerary without prior notice due to operational, weather, or political reasons.
• Replace any service with a similar standard if needed.
• No refund or compensation shall be given for alterations beyond the company’s control.

 5.⁠ ⁠Liability
• [Footprint’s Story] acts only as a tour organizer and is not liable for any injury, loss, theft, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from any third-party provider (transport, hotels, etc.).
• Travelers are responsible for their belongings throughout the trip.

 6.⁠ ⁠Traveler Responsibilities
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid ID, permits, and documents.
• Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for the trip and inform the company of any health issues.
• Misconduct,Misbehave with team or Trip captain,nuisance, or behavior that disrupts the trip may lead to immediate termination without refund.

 7.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure Clause
• [Footprintstory] is not responsible for delays, alterations, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather, curfews, roadblocks, etc.).
• No refund will be applicable, and the traveler shall bear any additional costs incurred.

 8.⁠ ⁠Image & Content Usage
• Photographs and videos taken during the tour may be used by [Footprint’s Story] for promotional and marketing purposes without any claim or objection.

 9.⁠ ⁠Travel Insurance
• Travel insurance is not included unless explicitly mentioned. We strongly recommend obtaining it independently.

10.⁠ ⁠Dispute Resolution
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [NOIDA ]only.

11.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Bookings (Volvo, Taxis, Flights, etc.)
• Third-party services such as Volvo bus tickets, local taxis, flights, or other external transport/hospitality bookings purely as a facilitation service.
• We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, service issues, or refund claims arising from these third-party providers.
• In case of trip rescheduling or cancellation by the third-party vendor, travelers must contact the respective service provider directly for any resolutions or claims.
• No refunds, credits, or compensation shall be offered by [Footprint’s Story] for any such bookings, even if they were arranged through us.
